Asean Student Games Melbourne October 10, 2011

Hello everyone,

A group of students in Melbourne has taken an amazing incentive to start the first ever annual sports competition amongst students from all the ASEAN countries. This year, the ASEAN Student Games 2011 invites you to be part of the first of the many events that aim to foster relationships amongst students from the different nations. Be a part of HISTORY. In addition to that, you may prove your skills inside the cou…rt and make new friends.

Registration is now open and details of the event is as follow:

Date: 1st October and 2nd October
Time: 9am-5pm
Registration: Now until 9th September

List of games and venue:
Badminton, 1/10/2011, MSAC
Basketball, 1/10/2011, MSAC
Table Tennis, 1/10/2011, MSAC
Volleyball, 1/10/2011, MSAC
Futsal, 1/10/2011 – 2/10/2011, Inner City FC
Netball, 2/10/2011, Albert Park Indoor Sports Centre
Tennis, 2/10/2011, Melbourne University Sport Centre
Ultimate Frisbee, 2/10/2011, Princes Park

As a part of the closing ceremony, there will be an ASEAN Ball inviting everyone to attend and enjoy performances all night while having the chance to socialize. Theme: Journey to the South East. (More info to come)
